Non-polarising dermatoscopes

 

There are numerous non-polarising dermatoscopes available. The device I prefer is the Heine Delta 20.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Heine have now also produce the Heine Delta 20 plus which has a polarising head to attach for both modes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Polarising dermatoscopes

 

Again there are numerous non-polarising devices, some of them also have the ability to toggle between PD and NPD modes. Many can also be connected to cameras or handheld mobile phones. My device of choice is the Dermlite DL3 which has an button that allows easy switching between the two modes.
