Cerebriform stuctures:
These structures look like the surface of the brain and are formed from the ridges and sulci of the surface of a seborrhoeic keratosis.
Moth-eaten borders:
As the names suggests, this appears as a ragged border and is classically seen in solar lentigos.
Lacunes:
These are 'lake-like' structures usually seen in vascular lesions. They are homogenous 'blobs' of pigment usually round are represent dilated blood vessels usually found in haemangiomas.
Blue-grey ovoid nests:
These are seen as well circumscribed clumps of blue-grey nests and represent histologically clumps of dermal pigmented BCC.
